Drop-in Chanting and Meditation (60 min)
Instructor: Turiya & Darshana
Experience devotional chanting as a way to open your heart, calm your mind and transform your consciousness.
We will chant Paramhansa Yogananda and Swami Kriyananda’s chants interspersed with periods of guided and silent meditations. Most chants are in English.
Everyone is welcome! We have comfortable chairs, meditation benches, cushions and other props for sitting.
