Drop-in Silent Meditation (30 min)
Instructor: Darshana
This is a meditation with basic techniques for practice in seated position.
Practice varies, but will often begin with Paramhansa Yogananda’s energization exercises or gentle movement and stretching to facilitate relaxation. We’ll offer some basic meditation instruction for beginners followed by silent meditation.
Each time you attend you’ll go deeper. Meditations vary depending on inspiration and group energy.
Everyone is welcome! We have comfortable chairs, meditation benches, cushions and other props for sitting.
