Guided meditation (30 min)
This is a guided meditation with basic techniques for practice in seated position. Meditation includes guidance and intermittent spaces of silence. Each time you attend you’ll go deeper. Meditations vary depending on inspiration and group energy.
Everyone is welcome! We have comfortable chairs, meditation benches, cushions and other props for sitting.
