Silent Meditation (30 min)
This meditation is offered to support those who already know how to meditate, or at least can sit in silence quietly.
Please try to arrive between 7:25 – 7:30 pm and enter quietly as the yoga class before ends at 7:20 pm and most students will already be meditating.
Usually there is no meditation instruction offered at this meeting, but if we have new students we will offer guidance to make sure everyone is comfortable during the silent part.
Everyone is welcome! We have comfortable chairs, meditation benches, cushions and other props for sitting.
If you are new to meditation, we recommend taking Course 1 or 2 of The Art and Science of Meditation program before attending this silent meditation.
