This evening is a chance to feel what meditation is like, even for those who don’t know how to meditate at all.
No experience is needed. Everyone is welcome.
You’ll be guided in meditation and also practice on your own in silence for some time. Each night we also discuss one important aspect of meditation or practices that support it.
For in depth training we offer complete meditation courses.
We have comfortable chairs, meditation benches, cushions and other props for sitting. You’ll be with a nice group of friendly people!
Meditation is both an art and a science. We’ve helped many people who believed they could not meditate. Now they actually love it and it’s been instrumental in improving their lives.
Best not to eat before class, shoes come off when you’re inside.
