A great way to experience meditation for the first time!
A meditation that includes instruction and inspiration for new meditators or those who want to learn about traditional yoga meditation as it was taught by Paramhansa Yogananda.
This session is a chance to feel what meditation is like, even for those who don’t know how to meditate at all. It includes a combination of gentle movement to relax the body and basic meditation instruction for beginners followed by silent meditation.
No experience is needed. Everyone is welcome.
For in-depth training we offer complete meditation courses.
We have comfortable chairs, meditation benches, cushions and other props for sitting. You’ll be with a nice group of friendly people!
