Drop-in Silent Meditation (45 min) Instructor: Darshana This meditation is offered to support those who already know how to meditate, or at least can sit in silence quietly. Practice varies, but will often begin with 10-15 min of Paramhansa Yogananda's energization exercises or gentle movement and stretching to facilitate relaxation. We'll meditate for about 30 minutes.
