Drop-in Silent Meditation (60 min)
This meditation is offered to support those who already know how to meditate, or at least can sit in silence quietly.
Practice varies, but will often begin with 15 min of Paramhansa Yogananda’s energization exercises or gentle movement and stretching to facilitate relaxation. We’ll meditate for about 45 minutes.
Please bring earmuffs or earplugs to this morning meditation as our next door neighbors are open and there may be some noise.

Everyone is welcome! We have comfortable chairs, meditation benches, cushions and other props for sitting.
If you are new to meditation, we recommend taking Course 1 or 2 of The Art and Science of Meditation program before attending this silent meditation.
