Meditative yoga (50 min)
Practice varies, but will often begin with Paramhansa Yogananda’s energization exercises followed by gentle movement and stretching to facilitate relaxation. The postures are often accompanied by positive affirmations to help raise our awareness.
This yoga session is followed by a silent 30 min meditation at 7:30 pm. If you attend yoga, the meditation that follows is free.
